2/ do the actual inspection. I suspect it'd be pretty easy for each Democratic congress member to find, deputize, and train a couple hundred volunteer staff members to take on these duties and report back. Inspect EVERY ICE facility every single day.

1/ Congressmembers should take turns notifying ICE facilities that they will inspect exactly 7 days from now, so that as many ICE facilities as possible have a "Congressional inspection" scheduled for every single day of the week. As I understand it, Congressmen can send their "staff" members to

All ice facilities must be inspected three times per day every day
with
Clergy members and
Immediate medical response team on hand.

Releasing all of the children immediately
Is Priority 1

Wasn't this already the law? ICE keeps refusing to let them inside even though they have the legal right to inspect. Congress needs to start locking up the people obstructing their oversight.
