I recently watched A History of Violence for the first time and was surprised how jarring the dialogue was at times. I wondered if he’s always like this and I’ve not noticed.

I should note, it’s “2026 and beyond,” so if it’s coming out later, that’s cool too.

It’s also a Stranger Things reference, fwiw.

Finale was better than the season as a whole, I agree there, but it feels like its best parts are just nostalgia plays. And even then, when it showed flashbacks, it just left me wistful for when the show had a visual identity that wasn’t dominated by movie poster lighting.
