Yeah it definitely can be very productive so to speak. But I also try to avoid thinking about rest only as a tool to raise my productivity. Rest just for the sake of rest is equally as valuable and OK and you do not need to "earn it". But yeah it's a tricky balance to maintain as a freelancer
