People have this idea that male muscle isn't just bigger but also stronger than female muscle. It isn't when expressed per unit of muscle cross-sectional area, sex differences basically disappear. If M muscle & F muscle are the same size they will produce the same amount of torque on the joints.

There is going to be a lot of noise about the scientific evidence of trans medical care today. As someone who studied LGBTQI+ politics, I can promise that gender affirming care has been around longer than you realize.
