Extremely insane story involving Goodreads sleuthing, the guy steering policy on women in the military being into a lot of weird/dark/unfaithful sex stuff, AND Jack Posobiac apparently threatening the journalist reporting it

I for one think the Epstein Ballroom will be magnificent. I love the decor theme of “what if Uday Hussein ran a Ramada Inn.” And giving it a theme song everyone will associate with it is a stroke of brilliance! “Thank Heaven for Little Girls” is very catchy.

While the senile old man rides in carriages around castles, builds his ballroom, puts gold on everything, plans parades, attends a variety of sporting events, threatens people, and reads the scripts put in front of him, this psychopath is the one actually running the country.

Why did Victoria's Secret CEO, Billionaire Leslie Wexner, give Epstein near total control of his finances?

Maybe we should ask him. He's still alive.

It’s worth reading the letter. We should ashamed. Forget the tariffs themselves. The errors in grammar and spelling. The insane capitalization of random words. The petulant dauphin-like tone. The factual mistakes. The layout.

Utterly humiliating for our country.

Please note @NYT your reporting has reached garbage levels
What is apparent in the investigation of the New York Times Mamdani article (as indexed in this thread) is how NYT editors deploy the rhetorical trolling practices of online neo-nazis, draw their sources from the pool of online neo-nazis, and then pal around with those same neo-nazis on social media
The New York Times was more skeptical of the academic qualifications of a black woman who had secured tenure and become the president of Harvard than they were of a white man who washed out of a grad program with a massive scandal and then became a white nationalist troll.

Shame @NYT What a bullshit yellow piece. Columbia leaking about applicants? Confirmation from C was 'x applicant from Uganda'? This should go to court. The honesty of Z is in stark contrast. Truth is you are gunning for Z's father, professor of colonial studies. Yes, settler colonialism studies too
