If you show up with combat gear and high-powered firearms, coupled with no ID and/or warrant and wearing a mask, it’s equivalent to an armed home invasion; that’s a violent felony, carrying up to 10 or more years in state prison and large fines. It’s an arrest-able offense that should be enforced.
