Since 2020, I have been fighting for mail-in voting and the GOP has been fighting against it. A critical court case is now going before the U.S. Supreme Court. I can assure you that I will be there fighting hard to ensure every lawful ballot counts.

Goldman Sachs says the U.S. lost 50,000 jobs last month—which is why Trump’s refusing to release the jobs and inflation reports. They don’t want you seeing how bad the economy really is, but everybody knows.

I just woke up from a long nap, can someone tell me if Trump has already apologized to the nation for falsely blaming the Kirk assassination on the left when—as with both his assassination attempts and 85% of political violence this century per the data—it was a far-right nutjob?

Charlie Kirk repeatedly called for the release of the Epstein files. As his good friend, I think Donald Trump should honor his wishes.

When @fastlerner.bsky.social reported in April that the EPA was going to stop collecting greenhouse gas emissions data from most polluters, it wouldn't admit it was eliminating the requirements. Today it announced the change, saying it's "cutting unnecessary red tape" & "unleashing American energy."
Trump’s EPA Plans to Stop Collecting Greenhouse Gas Emissions Data From Most Polluters
Climate experts expressed shock and dismay at the move. “It would be a bit like unplugging the equipment that monitors the vital signs of a patient that is critically ill,” one said.

"'I'd respect you more if you told me you actually believe in this crap and that's why you were supporting the bill. But to tell me you don't believe in this stuff, you think it's going to hurt your own constituents, and vote for it anyway, that's cowardice.'"
This is a damning anecdote from Rep Jim McGovern. He tells me that during debate over Trump's big budget bill, House Rs privately admitted to him that it would screw over their own constituents, yet they had to vote for it anyway.

Read all of it. He wrecks them:

38% of people living in Mike Johnson's district were enrolled in Medicaid last year.

Yet Johnson is pushing for devastating cuts to Medicaid — all to pay for tax cuts that will predominantly go to the rich.

Is there a better encapsulation of the Republican Party?

This has actually been Netanyahu’s playbook. And in the US, Trump has done everything he can to weaken US power and standing. Former allies don’t trust the US and are openly planning for contingencies that don’t involve joint operations w US. Could become very dangerous.
