Went to my regular coffee van in the high street today and a friend of the owner was chatting with them when I arrived.

As I was waiting for my drink, this guy started asking me "what is the meaning of f*ck Putin?" (see sticker) and "do you think Putin is worried about that?".

Appears this was definitely on the estate agent. Whereas Rayner took something as tax advice when it wasn't, so the liability was on her.

It's still possible for a Landlord to evict tenants with 4 months' notice in order to sell the property (via S8) which is what I experienced via S21.

The difference is there's a no reletting period with S8 to prevent abuse.

However, Lib Dem/Con Lords amended this from 12 months to 6 🤬.

I have finally been awarded PIP on my 2nd full application and 4th time submitting a form. Didn't even need a mandatory reconsideration.

First two times my circumstances were too challenging and I wasn't able to complete the process.

Never thought I would get there.

It will therefore include: • name • date of birth • information on nationality or residency status • a photo - as the basis for biometric security - just like an eVisa or Passport, but updated for the modern digital world we live in.

Can definitely recommend this ITV docuseries. Some of the things The News Of The World got up to and how they were discovered are mind-blowing.

Millie Dowler and Sienna Miller stories in particular are hauntingly tragic.
