I can’t wait to see Trump’s name ripped off the Kennedy Center and Volodymyr Zelensky telling us what he really thinks of Donald Trump. A few events need to happen first.

“Republicans have begun to openly and repeatedly defy him. Democrats have started to outmaneuver him. The Epstein scandal has once more erupted with embarrassing revelations. And every now and then, Trump seems to have a hard time even staying awake”
NEW: President Trump spent much of the year as a steamroller

But as 2025 ends, he seems much smaller now

Republicans took losses and are starting to defy him. He seems out of touch and focused on legacy. And Epstein won’t go away

A shrinking president: www.theatlantic.com/politics/202...
Trump Is Suddenly Looking a Lot Smaller
The president is no longer dominating his party or the country in the way he once did.

More musicians have canceled upcoming concerts at the Kennedy Center after the board voted to add Trump’s name to the venue.

Singer Kristy Lee: "When American history starts getting treated like something you can ban, erase, rename, or rebrand for somebody else's ego, I can't stand on that stage."

So in spring, Pam Bondi said there was nothing to the Epstein investigation, then “closed” it. Now, they “find” 1 million more docs.

So did she close this without seeing these docs? Or was someone hiding them?

A good sign these people grasp the s*** show and have decided they’ve had enough.
Record-breaking retirements in Congress. That’s not “frustration,” that’s people seeing the building on fire and heading for the exits.

Expect more retirements in January.

Next year's artists signed contracts to perform at "The Kennedy Center for Performing Arts." Since a venue with that name no longer exists, and one with a very division name many artists would not wish to be associated with does, they should be able to get out of their contracts.

Interesting aspect of this one: Trump had argued his decisions on the Guard were effectively unreviewable by the courts. Apparently, SCOTUS isn’t quite ready to put itself completely out of business.

The AG is *supposed* to be the people’s lawyer, not the president’s. This is outrageous.

It also indicates Trump feels that he needs protection from Epstein file disclosures.
Axios has learned the White House has begun managing the DOJ's account on X to respond to posts highlighting mentions of Trump in the Epstein files.

In typical administrations, there is a wall between the White House and what is supposed to be an independent Justice Department.
