I called the boat attacks murder as soon as the first one happened, but after reading the details of it all I think that undersells it. It was murder combined with torture. An utter atrocity for which everyone in the chain of demand, on up to Trump, deserves prison.

1-seems unlikely that two probably injured people clinging to a boat intended to continue "their drug run" without an operable boat 2-while trump/hegseth have no problem throwing the Admiral under the bus, it's doubtful the Admiral will try to throw his commanders under the bus
