Things have been hectic and I've been remiss in plugging CATACOMB OF TORMENT #5, which hits shelves on Wednesday from @oni-press.bsky.social. My second story for the EC anthology is "Necronomicomicon", and I'm teamed up with @lukasketner.bsky.social again on art.

We recently lost my mother. The kids and I miss her terribly and would give anything to be able to share our lives with her still.
And I know beyond a shadow of doubt that she'd quit heaven to claw out of her grave and murder us all before she'd allow any part of this hellish and ghoulish farce.

there’s no point in denying the book of the week - the month - the year? - is Savage Sword of Conan #11, a tour de force from Liam Sharp’s pen … his digital stuff is excellent but this is an abject lesson in the fact that nothing in art can beat the tactile splendor of paper covered in hatching.

It's 20 years since @seanphillips.bsky.social and I exchanged a sketchbook back and forth in the mail, a drawn &painted call and response. INTERSECTIONS may be out of print but here is a flip through that sketchbook. You can still find the book out there :)
