I got some tired of my inflexibility. I restarted a workout I'll stay on for 2 weeks until I adhd it away due to my inability to maintain healthy habits its.

Starting, stopping, restarting.

Every time I try and build of being just a little bit more active it only lasts a couple weeks tops.

I need someone to follow me everywhere and ring the shame bell when I dont do any activity at night.

Sweet.

My current long opossum tail can kinda keep its shape when wrapped around something. Its mainly in the end of the tail.

Would that also be possible in that rat/opossum tail?

New adhd pills won't let me get long periods of sleep. My hope by the weekend is that things magically fix themselves.
