I'm not a Christian and I hate the hypocrisy of so many of those who claim to be. Two things always strike me when visiting the US, how many regular church goers there are, and levels of poverty unacceptable in any other developed country.
The truth here is so ever relevant, is so simple and profound. I think I might pop it into my next book. Sharing yet again:

Britain, a trading nation, now has a vital choice to make about its priority trading partners:

- the EU, where agreements are made, kept, reciprocal, based on international norms, & enforced by a court

- the USA, where agreements are made, broken, changed & broken again at a whim, with no recourse

Interesting. So easy to jump on a simple 'fix'
Found Adolescence a properly adult, complex, humane drama. To see it whittled down into 'ban phones in school' is so depressing.

Not to be a wide-eyed naïf about such things but... am I right in thinking that they levelled an entire building to get to one guy and *that* is not controversial to anyone in the American media or political class, only that this information was recklessly shared in an unsecured chat?

How a false Net Zero claim became ‘news’:

'Late that afternoon a tweet by Reform UK Ltd MP and GB News presenter Richard Tice caught my eye. He was claiming that Net Zero was the cause of the Heathrow shutdown, and that the issue was a “refusal to have diesel generators”.'

Elon Musk pushed out the FAA chief — who resigned 1 year into a 5 year term, last week.

Why? Because last year the FAA fined SpaceX $600,000 — for safety violations.

Now the FAA has no chief — and we just had the first commercial airline crash in 16 years.

What will the BBC and Today say when there really is a crisis?
