My therapist destroyed our boundaries last week. My endo treated me like shit yesterday & was utterly useless to help me w/ my chronic illness.

I'm basically a hermit & eventually cut most people off for various interpersonal crimes. Ofc I talk about it in therapy. My therapist has been especially flaky lately & ghosted me last week (virtually). He is getting awfully close to getting cut off. All I can do is laugh & stay medicated.

Nothing makes me as aware of not being neurotypical as a job interview. Hope I presented okay but it rarely feels that way.
I have a lot of experience & expertise, but it's hard to embody that legibly in a forced, high stakes conversation. Even with anxiety meds. On to the next, I guess.
