1—I think ERISA-governed group insurance (by far the most common form of health ins. in the US) is going to mostly go away. Just like pensions were slowly replaced by retirement accounts, ERISA ins. will be slowly replaced by individual insurance.

It *amazes* me that fancy business people get away with saying inane stuff like this. I‘ve always thought the best rejoinder is to respond with something equally preposterous like, “My long term goal is to reign over a Galactic Empire with laser-sword wielding monks as my praetorian guard.”
