As a Canadian currently at our Arizona vacation home, I’m not sure if I’ve ever felt this troubled. My Canadian firm was acquired by a US firm back in 2011. Whether Canadian or American, we all worked together. I never dreamt that today would ever happen. This is economic warfare.

My Godmother was transgender.
She used to sing in Atlantic City.
When I was young I had a lot of terrible shit happen to me and she took me in for six months, showing me love and normalcy during a time I needed it.
It's important to me that during a time of fear, "allies" aren't adding to it.
