It is very usual for this to happen, usually without reason and takes quite a while to get reinstated.

I used to have a 10 journey ticket for it for going from Phantom on north wall quay to the ad agencies of the south side. When it finished there was a grey boat that stopped a few places between the port and up the river. Think Covid put an end to that one.

Surely if the local authorities have the info then the onus is on them to act? We seem to have this problem where we give the LAs the tools to act and then want to kick it back to central gov or institutions.

Sales force are saying AI agents can’t respond in the way that is required. As we all know now the first thing we type into a bot is “speak to a human”.

It was dreadful, as a resident of the area, I came across it after it happened. Van was on completely the wrong side of the road. Not exactly sure where the road sign is that was claimed he was looking at.
