The Tyrell P34. One of the most radical and inventive car designs in F1 history. It won the 1976 Swedish GP with Jody Scheckter at the wheel, and collected 14 podium finishes. With the ever tightening rulebook in F1, we are unlikely to see such a creative design for the foreseeable future.
