idk if gender comes into play here

i get that there are a lot more resources now but i still feel like even if i didn’t have the internet or free childcare or food stamps i would still love my kid SO MUCH and would do anything for him and be happy just spending time with him

for example it is getting hard to eat lately and i am just forcing meal replacement smoothies down my throat

i want forgiveness for being a bad wife and a bad caregiver? the answer to that probably is that i wasn’t a bad wife or caregiver

i want a breather? i get those sometimes and i don’t know what to do with that extra time like today during lunch i ran out of things to do and i just stared at my computer screen practicing breathing deeply and trying to calm down my anxiety
