What about the Christmas Eve incident?
The Tribunal preferred Dr Upton’s evidence, finding she had not lied or exaggerated.
It also found that some of Sandie’s comments did improperly express (manifested) her gender critical beliefs in a way that amounted to unacceptable behaviour.

Like, yeah, the US has a whole massive issue with coercive plea bargaining used to deter people from taking their charges to trial and all, but like, if we can manage to have trials for anyone who rejects a plea and still incarcerate people at the highest rate in the world, y'all have no excuse

the actual data tells us you'd have to have 300 happy transitiuoners for a detransitioner to be representative , and more like 1000 for it to represent peopel who detransitioned because they now consider themselves to solely their AGAB

'do not buy into gender ideology' = do not follow treatment protocols that have decades of good, actually strong evidence , because the mis representation of the evidence as 'weak' in Cass ignored the ethical issues of comparing effective treatments known to work with harmful quackery
