Agree completely. I participated in the public meetings for that plan and there has been little to no follow through. The IHT bridge over Bollinger is nice, but apart from a little green paint not much else has been accomplished.

They’ve been testing these in San Ramon (and continue to test) for three years. The robot is chased by a handler on an e-bike. I’ve had lots of opportunities to ride in proximity to them. Not the worst things I’ve encountered in a bike lane. Agree with you on the social implications.
