I’m watching The Perfect Neighbour on Netflix right now. It’s making me so uncomfortable.
Are those kids old enough to consent to having the worst moment of their lives shown on a global documentary? Should their faces not be blurred? Poor babies.

📢NEW RESEARCH ALERT

*Content Warning: This thread mentions suicidal ideation.

MQ researchers at @kingsioppn.bsky.social examined data from 20,000 people and found a shared genetic susceptibility which can partially explain the overlap between eating disorders and suicidal ideation.

As we welcome the news that the UK will support Ukraine with a £2.26bn loan…

Here’s your reminder that the Conservatives wasted £9.9bn on unusable or defective PPE

Never forget their staggering corruption and incompetence.

People forget Trump tried to extort Zelenskyy before. He tried to use $400m in military aid as leverage to force Zelenskyy to help smear his political rivals son, Hunter Biden. Volodymyr refused, because morals. Trump was impeached. It’s not just about Don being a Russian asset, but personal revenge

I’ve written to my MP (Richard Fuller) to express my disgust at the way President Zelenskyy was treated today by Trump and JD Vance at the White House.

Will my letter make a difference?

Not on its own.

We need to show our gov that the people of the UK supports Ukraine! 🇺🇦🇬🇧

An absolutely disgraceful moment from Trump and Vance. Angrily attacking Zelenskyy, a US ally and wartime leader defending his country, as if he’s the aggressor while publicly siding with Russia, who was unilaterally responsible for this deadly invasion.

Also, if health, social care and public services were properly funded and functional, there’d be far fewer people reduced to surviving on benefits. So redistribute the wealth properly makes sense for everyone
What about Tax avoiders?

What about corrupt politician and their cronies?

Britain is not broke because of benefits.

Britain is broke because of the super greedy extracting all the wealth

Incredible outcome for Prince Harry and Tom Watson and a very strong statement issued by his lawyer.
Watch out now for the smear campaign across the media over the next few months. Harry and Megan will have to face a vengeful press out for blood.
Call it out.

88% are white British.

How many times has Musk or Farage been the headline?

Listening to politicians talk about asylum seekers it sounds like their one & only purpose is to keep people out.

Which of you is not too much of a coward to say: it is GOOD that people escape from danger.

And it is GOOD that the UK can be a place of sanctuary, actually.
