Note that sections 9 and 10 deal with:
- Writ of Habeas Corpus
- Congresses ability to control tariffs.

These judges need to grow a set and demand for his arrest if he ignores judges again. He will literally keep testing boundaries until he gets push back. Make the TACO WALK.
