As a Musk biographer, my view—based on the available evidence—is that if Trump and his team get their hands on Elon Musk’s federal citizenship application and compare it to the public acknowledgment by Kimbal Musk that he and his brother knowingly violated their student visas, Musk can be deported.

So what's next after today's May Day mobilizations?

On June 14, Trump wants tanks in the street and a made-for-TV display of dominance for his birthday.

But real power isn't staged in DC. It rises up everywhere else. That's why we're planning a nationwide day of action to say No Kings. 🧵

Kansas Senator Roger Marshall. He just voted to support Donald Trump's tariff policies, which hurt farmers and kill jobs in agricultural states like Kansas. He's up for re-election in 2026.

RETWEET to let Kansas know that Marshall is choosing Trump over farmers!

To be effective for Congress to act, the protest signs should be specific with the ultimate demand - IMPEACH, CONVICT, REMOVE
bsky.app/profile/craz...
I just heard a former Senate staffer say that EVERY sign at EVERY protest needs to say “IMPEACH, CONVICT & REMOVE” and nothing else. Without a clear, specific demand, Congress can just ignore us. We have to be crystal clear about what we want them to do.

IMPEACH, CONVICT & REMOVE!!!

Out of court. Fascinating to see Judge Xinis in action. My read is that she’s FAST losing patience with the defendants, and skeptical that they will comply with her orders in “good faith” (a phrase she used many times, pointedly).

She’ll keep trying, but now she’s building a record for contempt.
I’m at the federal courthouse in Greenbelt for Judge Xinis’s 4 pm hearing in the Abrego Garcia case. Pretty big protest out front already.

Judge Xinis just ordered a two-week sprint to force Trump officials under oath.
Why? Because they defied a Supreme Court ruling and left a Maryland father in a foreign prison.
No more stalling. No more excuses.
This isn’t just a legal fight—it’s a constitutional showdown.
