I’ve been reading late into the night most of this past week instead of watching a movie.
But I did catch a midweek matinee of THE BONE TEMPLE. Exceeded my expectations. Go see it!

Pleasantly surprised by BANSHEE CHAPTER. Repetitive w/jump scares, but decent and provocative.
SUSPIRIA was not as good tbh, but prettier.
STAND BY ME is even better as I get older. RIP Meathead.
BURROWERS better than expected, as well.

BETTER WATCH OUT was NOT what I expected. I liked it despite it being about basic teen boy bs.
EDEN and UNMOORED both worth a watch.
DEAD END - high letterbox ratings, but…Imo, good but nothing great.

I listened to McCARTNEY III (2020) today for the first time ever.
Dk why it took me so long!
I loved every song! Paul’s voice has aged but he still creates these bright, catchy melodies.
This album reminds me a bit of the 1st McCARTNEY (1970) too. Overall vibe is pensive, eloquent but simple…

Man, I have not heard some of these songs since I was in high school!
And pleasantly surprised at how timeless these songs sound.
