I love books that do, it's that emotional layer that makes the joy feel good. I love Dorley and Kimmy, and I doubt Max or Taylor are going to go through anything as bad as in Kimmy xP I'll be fine, and I'm looking forward to it. <3

The sense of momentum is really strong right from the start, partly because Taylor is a weirdo who is delightfully entertaining to read. There's going to be some heartbreak along the way, I'm sure, and I am going to be sobbing when it happens. This is such a fun and refreshing book! 3/4
