The frozen yogurt of people: Fine, but no one's first choice. Film person/aspiring filmmaker. @Burtonesque89 on Letterboxd. I blather on about movies and SNL and Futurama/The Simpsons and the Tim Burton oeuvre, and there's very little else to me.
Well...thoughts on the #Oscars news, because that seems like something I'd post:

This is, as far as I can recall, the first time I've seen a studio's Facebook - ANY social media - page "congratulate" a movie on its appearances on the Oscars SHORTLISTS. Interesting to ME, but...I'm clinging to anything that's not entirely dire.

I went a bit long in my reply, so here's a copied-and-pasted pic of that rather than a bunch of separate posts.

That's nothing - George Burns was only 22 when he made OH, GOD!

I should be able to put BATMAN: MASK OF THE PHANTASM here. You and your blasted bias against animation, you Academy cowards of 1994 and mostly still now!

Mentioned this on Sat. but now it's with a picture:

We don't endorse "breaking" in this house, but these faces after a particularly zealous reading from Dismukes in "Flight Announcement"...nice, quite endearing, and they didn't really break. #SNL

All lowercase AND ditching a vowel? Ugh, how 2019, so cringe.

[Editor's note: Sarcasm...but also, kids, ditching uppercase and/or vowels doesn't make you interesting.]

Hey, shoutout to Jack Skellington for teaching a lot of youngsters - such as myself way back when - about 𝑒𝑛𝑛𝑢𝑖.

Any reason CHAINSAW MAN - whatever that is - is using the original #SNL logo font or something close to it?

Do I need to get out the yarn for ANOTHER conspiracy wall?

If you thought the SECOND TR*** ADMINISTRATION was going to be any different...I have some magnificent ocean-front property to sell you here in FL.

Check this out, I'm about to be very ME and a week+ too late with this one:

Whoever your Role Model is, THIS is the only "Sally" 𝐼 care about this time of year.

But that second one...what if he interrupts a sketch that's NOT even the cold open? If it's, like, 20 minutes later, THAT'S GREAT AND FRESH, RIGHT?!"

Me being a bit broken while a certain sketch was in progress:

I see I'm not the only one who'd had that thought.

I'd have lost a bet if I were into that sort of thing.

Okay, EW has their George Santos prediction, but I'M now wondering, as we're surely ALL wondering: Is Bowen STILL straight?!

I might put money on getting a third of those tonight, because they're pre-tapes as is, and sure, why not do another with Sabrina Carpenter? #SNL

I...hate the writing of this headline - and any company with "content" in its name IS an enemy of the state, in my own book - but I will watch this doc.

QT this post with someone you wish was still alive

I gotta go with a "two-fer," the great #SNL H's, Hartman & Hooks

2/3 of the movies I watched in a theater yesterday were directed by spouses (or as good as) of SNLers. i guess, "Get with the program," Jay Roach.
