Given that boys and men have such poor control over their emotions, by proof of their gender dominance in killinhs, beatings, crime and sexual assault, they should be barred from owning guns, driving cars and and holding political appointments of any kind. Change my mind.

Wouldn't a reasonable play from the WH would be to let programs like SNAP go ahead and run rather than bully the supreme court to cancel again, thus confirming that it's the Repubs punishing the poor.
