Just so I understand, your position is that the current administration is anarchic in its operation. How does that work, when it is very clearly a hierarchical decision making governance. It is certainly chaotic, but anarchies are defined by a lack of hierarchical governance.

if so, Dallas needs:
- housing every individual/family can afford
-easy access to quality food, good schools, clean air
-equitable transportation
-Kyrie to make a full recovery from knee surgery
-good jobs
Dallas does not need soldiers babysitting ICE goons

my difference with you (asmuch as I understand what you're arguing) is that standing up to Trump *did* deliver a real win, and that I think they would still be trying to punish the city/state some other way

I agree that it's at the very least in the same orbit. but I also believe it's a pivot from taking regular L's on congestion funding. also, while we have no counterfactual, I doubt the Trump admin wouldn't find a reason to pull funding from blue city transit even if the state complied

I agree that the feds may be more up for the fight on immigration and border security, but we did see them largely backtrack on the congestion pricing battle.

I wonder if this issue is different because Trump is more doctrinally committed to kicking out migrants?
