Fuck you people. Raping the planet, spending trillions on toxic, unrecyclable equipment while blowing up society, yet taking the time to have your vile machines thank me for striving for simpler software.

Just fuck you. Fuck you all.

I can't remember the last time I was this angry.

Let’s talk about “Move fast and break things.” First of all, Facebook itself changed its motto to “Move fast with stable infrastructure” in 2014. So much for breaking things, at least if you’re a soulless corporate behemoth.

I have worked with a lot of great people who are not neurotypical. Was it sometimes challenging for both of us? Yes. Was it worth it? Emphatically yes.

RFK Jr's statements are stupid and awful.
the thing I hate most about that rfk quote is that autistic lives have value and worth and beauty and dignity whether they are able to do the things other people do or not. no one is defined by ability or lack thereof and to frame divergence as lack is monster stuff, utterly godless

This is a freakin' great idea.
"Every Canadian should receive basic training in first aid, emergency preparedness and cybersecurity...mandatory for Grade 12 students and newcomers, with local, in-person and online options for all adults..." Some of the additional training should come with funding for existing structures like SAR.
Following the reactivation of its Psychological Defence Agency, every Swedish household now receives a booklet titled “If Crisis or War Comes,” outlining what to do in an emergency.

Canada should be doing the same, writes Peter MacLeod.

A DELTA GREEN HUMBLE BUNDLE is coming March 20.

It will have EVERYTHING.

Its purpose is 2-fold:

-To raise a warchest so Arcdream can side-step these stupid fucking tariffs and not charge more.

-To raise money (again) for Direct Relief Ukraine, because Fuck Trump and Putin.

Join the conspiracy.

While I don't feel as negatively about the new "hotness" setting as some do, I agree it's potentially manipulatable by bad actors and don't think it should be the default, which it currently is. I'd go into my settings and change it (I use "Newest Replies First" as my default).

With this release, you can now display replies by “hotness,” which weights liked replies that are more recent more heavily.
