I read 35 books this year, which is about a 1/3 of what I normally do. This year has been rough for so many people, I’m not going to beat myself up because at least I read some. That’s better than nothing. My favorite was The Last House on Needless Street by Catriona Ward.

It’s the last day of the year and it’s been a helluva doozy, I’m ready to usher in some hope. May justice Finally do its thing in 2026. I want pedos convicted and locked up. I want Israel and Russia to go fuck themselves. And I really want to read that big beautiful obituary.

I want to add some context here, trucks are only running one trip a day in most of the country. Meaning they drop off today’s mail and take yesterday’s back to the plant in one trip. To avoid problems, vote early and get those ballots in the blue box well in advance.

I want to add some context here, trucks are only running one trip a day in most of the country. Meaning they drop off today’s mail and take yesterday’s back to the plant in one trip. To avoid problems, vote early and get those ballots in the blue box well in advance.
Kids bored? Bring them to the library. There is so much more than books. We also have puzzles, Wii games, ABC Mouse, coloring, and other crafts.

Just finished Vicious by V.E. Schwab, solid book. I enjoyed it. I’ve figured out I can knock out a 9 hr audiobook in about 2-3 days, so that’s cool. The book I’m reading, Rhapsodic, on the other hand I’m about to DNF. Not a fan of grooming age gap bullshit.

Am I the only one that thinks a 20 foot wingspan on a character in a book is flipping Ridiculous? TWENTY?! And the guy is built like your typical romance male character at like 6 foot something. Wouldn’t it be more realistic if it was like 10 feet across?
