Been dealing with a chronic illness flare-up this week. I've had to work from bed because I'm too exhausted and can barely move
It also gives me insomnia and I've been consistently only getting three hours of sleep at night. It's 4 AM right now and I've been awake for two hours. I'm in hell 😭
