we've gotten 4 of the porch cats spayed/neutered so far, hopefully can bring in at least 4-6 more by spring. many are feral but several of them are quite socialized at this point — they greet me when i park my car, enjoy chasing toys on a string, a few of them even enjoy petting & ear scritches 😺

opossums have surpassed raccoons as my favorite local urban wildlife... there are a few opossums that often come to our porch (since we started putting out dry cat food for the neighborhood ferals and strays), i love them so much! their little snoots and their little ears and their tiny fingers!!

ok so how do people actually skeet their silly little skeets on here without constantly thinking "TO THE WINDOW, TO THE WALL!" ugh i don't even like that song (and its vivid depiction of a moist groin) but that's how i first heard the word "skeet" and that's enough skeeting for me, honestly

hello, i exist (with a short username!! *cackles in post-beta early-ish adopter internet cool kid* ...lol, i was the original "corrie" on ello back in the day but this is pretty close)😹 ... and i just learned that folks call it "skeeting" instead of "tweeting" here, omg
