I was looking through my high school American History book and stumbled on this.
It's rare to know the actual time and place of the last time you looked at a specific page in a book.

I've seen over a dozen variations of AI-generated Kevin Costner Facebook posts where he's on different talk shows, being asked a biting question, and then stunning the audience into silence with his answer, which is always spoken "softly." It's so bizarre.

When I was a kid, my mother played this album all the time. I hated it.
With the anniversary of her passing approaching, I wanted to have this album for myself. I managed to find it at a music shop in Germany.
Now, of course, I love the music. I'd let her play it all the time again if I could.

I think the whole Russian drones in Poland incident would have been easier to manage if my wife didn't wake up to a parade of Facebook posts that read RUSSIA INVASION!, WE ARE AT WAR! and RUSSIA HAS ENTERED POLAND! Social media is going to be the death of us all.

All of this just unlocked something I had completely forgotten about: The M comic book by Jon J. Muth. It's experimental, but really interesting. It even had a record in it with "In the Hall of the Mountain King".
