I started doing circuits a year ago - just when I hit 60 bec I hate machines and the whole gym scene…but I have been won over by the circuits - only time I can really turn the brain off for a bit - it moves so fast you can only focus on what you’re doing…and tbh nothing like a good ball slam…💪🤣

So sorry to hear…I’m starting the process of trying to get a mortgage through the Council…a few flats in my area going for fairly reasonable prices…have a decent deposit…I’m hoping to get something by the time I retire or lord knows where me and the cats will go…am actually terrified…🥺
