3/4 c rolled oats
1 tbsp sugar
3/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
3 tbsp Earth Balance
1 egg
1/2 c vanilla yogurt
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Roll into ball and put into 2-3 inch disk. Cut a deep + on the top.
Bake at 425 for about 20 (+\-5) min.
