Today there is a city council meeting in Lincoln, CA, at 6PM where item 9B, " Adopt a Resolution in Support of Fair Representation for Lincoln Residents." is anti-Prop 50. Somehow fair representation means letting Texas steal seats in Congress. People in Lincoln need to speak up! YES on Prop 50!
