Namaste.

Not just excess, it’s a system built to keep people hungry so the rich can keep feasting. But the masses are waking up.

Spot on. This is the clearest explanation I’ve seen. It ‘s relatable, and humanizes the issue in a way everyone can understand.

Not only is it so NY but is also so who we really are a a NATION. There are more of us than there are of them (Magats).
A Muslim son of immigrants might become mayor of NYC in part because he cross endorsed and supported a Jewish candidate and Black candidate, and vice versa.

It's a beautiful American story for the rest of us. A nightmare for all the right people ;)

It's so New York.

100% accuracy. They want to protect their privilege at the cost of our democracy.

Reminder the Trump Administration kidnapped innocent brown men and has them suffering in an El Salvador prison right now without due process. Also your tax pay dollars are funding it.

America broke itself just because it couldn't stand women and people of color finally getting a small piece of the pie. Alas. Same as it ever was. White supremacy and greed. Dangerous, wild, self-destructive drugs.

LA loves to project an image of glitz & glamor, & while there are lots of wealthy people w/ big homes, the majority of people in LA are living in shitty apartments struggling to pay rent, or barely able to afford a meager home, so when we suffer I wonder if people understand people truly need help.
