I injured myself. Finally. Achilles started hurting. Kept running on it. Figured I'd pull back on the mileage to let it relax. Stopped a tempo day after 2 and a bit, and walked home. Took a test day! But ended up shouting in pain like 5 miles from home on Sunday and limping home
