The entire AI industry is built on fraud. The promises of what it can do are fraud, the financial accounting is fraud, the very output it creates is fraud.
Nvidia is spending $1.3 billion to rent its own chips back from CoreWeave, a company in which it owns a $4 billion stake.
There are, AFAICT, only two explanations for this arrangement:
(1) It's accounting fraud.
(2) It's accounting non-fraud, because we don't prosecute financial crimes anymore.

Excellent question. The problem is Trump and his "Department of War" morons would escalate any such act into a full-fledged war/retaliation and proceed to murder many, many innocent people.

Trump appears to be pardoning anyone who he owes a favor to, almost as if he knows he will not be president soon and would lose that authority. Probably just wishful thinking.

Trump's former labor secretary Acosta went on the record about that when vetted for his cabinet post.
He had been the Florida prosecutor back in teh day who handled Epstein's criminal case in 2008.
