It's clear that EU-Mercosur deal is climate-wrecking.

But legally speaking, it also has many odd elements, including:
🔪Splitting vs Commission's negotiations mandate
🥶Risk of freezing environmental legislations
🌎Alignment with Paris Agreement

❌ fracked in the US, causing serious health harm to frontline communities
