At a Certain Point- the sheer incoherence of what is happening; the complete insanity of removing people with YEARS of experience with, & knowledge of, not only how things work, but how the working parts INTERACT with each other, is going to GRIND EVERYTHING we take for granted to an anarchic HALT.
