Jayne is my favorite misunderstood celebrity of that era. Or maybe ‘misunderstood’ isn’t the right word. Maybe I mean interesting beyond the image. Of course the image was pretty interesting as well.

Man, how long was that Buscema/Palmer run in Avengers? They had such a distinctive look. And it seemed to dominate the book for a LONG time.
