Mostly unfunded retiree. Collector of cats, dogs, and non-functional workshop equipment. Likes toy trains, motorbikes, fried food, and sniffing nitromethane. Broadly left. Intolerant of wankers of any stripe. Holds grudges for decades. Blocks for AI use
Given the stupid money that Japanese strokers fetched these days, $2.5k seems quite reasonable for what appears to be quite a shiny one.

Should have gone the whole hog with plunger rear suspension, rather than that bloody stupid arrangement. Otherwise, not a bad take on 1940s styling.

I thought they were hunted to extinction by the glitter glue industry.

It's the Terrorgraph. Seriously, what did anyone expect?

It really illustrates how thick most of them are, that they don't seem to realise that artists, in general, skew heavily left of centre/progressive.

It's hilarious how the far right keep trying to appropriate various music, only to be told to fuck off by said music's creators.

Stolen water is the best water.

Why the fuck is it that, when meddling in the digital space, Australian federal governments can be absolutely relied upon to do exactly the wrong thing?

Are you *absolutely* certain it's the tap, and not a leak from elsewhere just using the tap as a low point to drip from?

I've got Anglo-Scottish Border Reiver in my ancestry, which might explain my sometimes uncontrollable urge to go and steal someone else's cattle.

ISTR the early turbos always being blisteringly fast in qualifying, and disappearing over the horizon in the early stages of the race, only to inevitably expire in a cloud of expensive blue smoke at about half distance.
January 26, 2026 at 4:29 AM
Personally, I think we should canvas the clams' view on the matter.

It means that, compared to anyone who's never been on a track, they're blindingly quick.

Might I suggest....

I find the block function to be the best way of dealing with the performatively miserable. Give it a try. You won't regret it.

Unless Charlie's been fitted up with a Dune style poison gas tooth, I don't really see the point.
January 26, 2026 at 2:16 AM
When you're a complete fuckwit, anyone doing anything with a degree of competence looks scarily professional.
January 26, 2026 at 2:14 AM
Probably not, but I would have thought that, with reasonable design, the parasitic load could be kept fairly minimal. Low enough, at least, to not lunch the battery for any reasonable* length of time standing idle.
*Definitions vary, but how many newish vehicles stand for longer than a month or two?

Was he the hotel's breakfast waiter?

Truth Seeker USA appears to be a RW extremist, probably Elron controlled bot, account. Blockitty block block.
January 25, 2026 at 4:27 AM
Because a high %age of men never mature emotionally/ intellectually beyond about 13, and 13yo boys are, almost by definition, creeps.
January 25, 2026 at 3:48 AM
Not if the 12V is something like a decent LiFePo4. In which case, it shouldn't lose charge any faster than the main traction battery.
January 25, 2026 at 3:38 AM
Dunno about the other 3, but the whole classless society thing is bollocks. Maybe it was the case once (though I doubt it), but contemporary Australia has a *far* more rigid class/clique system than, say, the stuffy old UK we all make fun of.
