Today I could move a lil better, but the pain is still really bad, so thought grocery shopping would be a lil easier. It most definitely was not. Almost taken out by Hunter’s hops when came back home too. The weather system moving in is not helping me with healing either. So much ouch! Is rude.

The strip of grass where puppy likes to slide and stomp to shout at neighbor’s pup, is being replaced by pebbles! No more mud stompies! Yay! So now he can slide on pebbles and bark away. With my back like it is, am so glad do not have to try to block him from charging to spide through the mud.

Oh thank goodness for lidocaine! I found one more too! It’s only just starting to help. Combined with tylenol, aleve, and a 300 gaba. Nothing was touching it until put lifocaine patch on. This is a doozy, whatever it is! I hope didn’t slip another disc! The first one was between shoulders, and
