I’d say that @stephencolbert.bsky.social is (with the lone exception of @maddow.msnbc.com) the most brilliant, humane person I’ve encountered in broadcasting. His mind works faster than anyone else’s at a level of sophistication that is unmatchable. Genuinely a generational talent.

@fetterman.senate.gov Please vote NO on Kash Patel for FBI Director. He absolutely supports the purge that's going on at the FBI and in the DOJ for agents and prosecutors who defended the rule of law. Patel would do whatever Trump tells him to, and Trump is absolutely going to tell him what to do!

This seems really significant. The Judge will want to know how the error occurred and who fed the lawyers inaccurate information. Government lawyers are trained to make sure their representations to the court on material matters are truthful and accurate. Judge Kelley is unlikely to be pleased.
