You can hate on Netflix all you want, but it has a model and it is not its fault that the theatrical experience for much of the audience sucks/is too pricey. You could try to innovate the business, tho I maintain habits have permanently changed & people (not just youngs) are voting with their feet.

Hands down least “masculine” person I met covering tech. One lunch I had with him in Palo Alto (he was urging me to run for mayor and wanted to give me $) I recall thinking what an incredibly whiny boy (I think I told someone at the time: what a limp dick) and could not get away fast enough.
