In 30 days, Texas plans to execute Robert Roberson despite new evidence proving his innocence.

If carried out, Robert would be the 1st person in U.S. history executed under the discredited “shaken baby” theory. Your signature could be the turning point: bit.ly/48Qkdzj

My name is Graham Platner and I’m running for US Senate to defeat Susan Collins and topple the oligarchy that’s destroying our country.

I’m a veteran, oysterman, and working class Mainer who’s seen this state become unlivable for working people. And that makes me deeply angry.

The U.S. says it doesn’t have the power to return Abrego Garcia.

El Salvador also says it doesn’t have the power to return Abrego Garcia.

It’s obvious bullshit and depraved to the core.
Pam Bondi: “That’s up to El Salvador if they want to return him…If they wanted to return him, we would facilitate it, meaning provide a plane.”

Nayib Bukele: “How can I return him to the U.S.? Like, I smuggle him into the U.S.?”

No, you put him on the plane the AG just said the US would provide!

Doesn't sound very efficient to me.
FORTY MILLION DOLLARS to detain 400 migrants at Gitmo. That's $100,000 a person just to hold them for a few days — when they could far more easily be held in the United States!

Just a couple weeks ago it was reported to have cost $16 million. So the price tag is skyrocketing.

The disclosure of the tab so far came after a visit by five senators to the offshore operation, who condemned it as a waste of resources.

NEW: As the Trump administration ramps up arrests and heavily limits releases on bond, conditions at ICE’s Krome detention facility in Miami have deteriorated into that of a third world prison, with people forced to sleep on concrete floors jammed in like sardines in appalling conditions.

If you accept that non-citizens have no right to due process, you are accepting that citizens have no right to due process. All the government has to do is claim that you are not a citizen; without due process you have no chance to prove the contrary.

No shower for days, cameras trained on the toilet, women crammed into cells 'like sardines,' among the allegations.
