New plan has a dedicated arm day and I’m still feeling it twenty something hours later. I’ve never been able to go all out on biceps/triceps without already being a little wiped out from chest or back. It’s so fun to push it.

The one year difference was interesting. I’m 10lbs lighter, but I think my build is much more muscle dense than it was. Believe it or not my thighs are the same 28” in both pics.

This year I hope to see more muscle density and definition

The pump was great but the camera was not cooperating. Shoulders looked bonkers in person. I’ve done a lot of tweaks to my shoulder day programming and form in the last six months, and even from my skeptical perspective it’s making a visible difference already.

I feel like rancid garbage this week mentally about my gym stuff. And I’m generally fairly hard on myself. BUT. It would be insane for me to let myself think I haven’t made a ton of great progress this year. Individual data points don’t matter. The trend matters. I’m going to try to make 2026 huge.
