And if we let our guard down because we think magas are too "stupid" to take seriously, he likes that too, since we won't think we need to watch & oppose them quite as hard.

5. If it does pass, gov't reopens thru January...at which point it presumably shuts down again, except this time with people actually *experiencing* ACA premium spikes instead of it being potential. Millions will have dropped out, millions more w/massive premiums and/or massive deductibles, etc.
